Alessandro Richard / Innovation manager
Innovation manager for small and medium-sized organisations
I help companies, cooperatives and public bodies decide where to innovate, find the resources to do it and measure whether it worked. I am registered in the List of Innovation Managers kept by Unioncamere, the Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce (measure no. 2026000363 of 25 September 2026, registered from 1 October 2026).
What I do
- Diagnosis. Where the organisation stands today, what holds it back and what comes first, using a measurement model in seven dimensions.
- Innovation plan. Objectives, projects, owners, timing, costs and indicators, written so that they can really be followed.
- Funding and incentives. A survey of calls, vouchers and tax credits available in Italy, preparation of applications and set-up of reporting.
- Innovation management system. Set-up according to ISO 56001:2024, integrated with the quality, safety and privacy systems already in place.
- Digital and artificial intelligence. Choice of tools, rules of use, compliance with the GDPR and with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, custom software with presidio365.
- Innovation in health and social care. For cooperatives and care homes: assessing technologies before buying them, with attention to residents, staff and rules.
How I work
- First step. A self-assessment and a 30-minute call to read the result together.
- Second step. On-site or remote diagnosis and the innovation plan.
- Third step. Support through the projects, the search for resources and the measurement of results.
Why me
For years I have worked with companies, social cooperatives, care homes and public bodies in northern and central Italy as a consultant and management systems auditor: I bring innovation into processes I know, not in the abstract. I am the author of «Fare l'innovation manager», a handbook of the profession published on Amazon, in Italian.
The free self-assessment (35 statements in seven dimensions, with a report by email) is available in Italian: go to the self-assessment.
